Dataklicks Hub Officially Launches “Project 3,000”, Empowering NigerianStudents with Data Analysis Skills

October 2024– Nigeria– Dataklicks Hub is proud to announce the official launch of Project 3,000, an ambitious initiative aimed at equipping 3,000 secondary school students, young teens, and children across Nigeria with essential data analysis skills. The project kicked off successfully with an impactful program held in Ondo State, Akure, where hundreds of students were introduced to the basics of data analysis and its real-world applications.

 

 

What Is Project 3,000?

 

Project 3,000 by Dataklicks Hub offers free training for 3,000 secondary school students to become Data Analysts. In today’s digital age, data skills are essential for future careers and everyday decision-making. Through interactive tech webinars held in schools across Nigeria, students are introduced to data analysis in a fun and engaging way. Those who showpromise will be selected for hands-on, in-depth training, preparing them for the digital future. #TheFutureIsNow

The project is reaching about 20 schools across Nigeria, including schools in Lagos, Ogun, Ondo, and Osun.

 

 

Our Approach

 

 

The initiative starts with interactive tech webinars, designed to make data analysis approachable and exciting. These sessions serve as an entry point for students, offering a fun, hands-on introduction to data and its uses. Students with a strong interest in data analysis are then selected to participate in more in-depth, hands-on training programs, where they can dive deeper into data analysis tools and techniques. Success in Ondo State, Akure The official launch of Project 3,000 took place in Akure, Ondo State, where Dataklicks Hub hosted its first series of interactive tech webinars. Over 500 students participated in the program, gaining valuable insights into the fundamentals of data analysis. The response from students was magnificent and they were eager to continue exploring the world of data.
